Best experience everI have been looking for my 1st bike for months and could find a salesman to work with me on what i want. I stopped at Harley-Davidson at man o war in Lexington and spoke to Hambone he made me feel like i was talking to a friend didn't pressure me and showed me every bike they had in stock and the feeling of each bike the difference in all of the bikes. He didnt try to sale me the most expensive bike to make money he sold me the bike that fit me to a t and what i was best suited for. Bike had hard startsThe service team did a great job with the bike. They picked up the bike and checked it the hard start. They also reset all the codes. Ultimately the battery was weak and needed a charge. Even though I leave it on a trickle charger at all times. I ended up buying a new charger and that solved the problem.10/13/2024

Amazing buying experienceKeeping a review short when you have such an amazing experience with great people is difficult. Everyone involved in my purchase was great. Adam and Larry were super helpful but never made me feel like I was being pressured into anything. Ive bought a lot of vehicles in my life time and this was one of the easiest most stress free buys Ive made. I told them where I needed to be make a purchase and they did everything and more to make it happen. Finance was straight forward and to the point. Best Dealership in KentuckyI've been shopping at this dealership since around 2007. I bought my first new Harley (a Road King) there in 2012 from Darren. Since that day, they have made me feel like family there. Everyone I've ever dealt with there, whether it's sales, service, parts or motorclothes, are always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I made the mistake once of purchasing a new Harley from another dealership...that is a mistake that I'll never repeat. Great Harley DealershipWhile I was planning my vacation I decided to check out Kentucky and stumbled across Manowar website and all of their recommendations for scenic road trips. So I went to the store and found a whole wall filled with maps and recommendations for sights to see!!! I was having trouble downloading the maps and Olivia was outstanding, she helped me get with all the technical stuff , so that I could program my IPhone. Thanks sweetheart, youre the best. Great store, great staff. My favorite travel trip was the East Bound and out to Louisa, great challenge with a ton of twist and turns and very little freeway travel. I requested a part online and was contacted the next day. When I went to pick up the order I was greeted at the door by someone on the floor and when I got to the parts department the order was retrieved right away. Once Slim understood I was just passing through he immediately process my bike into the shop for a full service, on a Monday no less. Usually service is not available on Mondays. I had only been looking for a fluid change. Slim described the full service and it made more sense to get the 'extra' work done to insure my ride continued uninterrupted.
