I did not name a department in particular, that is because all departments are five star. The customer tour was exceptional with things explain to you, and you were shown around the dealership and what each department could do for you. I never had that before, and I was very impressed. Everyone took their time to explain things. You never felt like you were rushed. Would I buy there again at this dealership, absolutely. Great group of guys to work with they made every effort to make sure I could customize my bike the way I wanted it. Also been over backwards to make sure that we knew we were welcomed at the facility, which is rare since I've been inside countless Harley Davidson shops in my lifetime...
