"I took my '98 Road King to your Lexington dealership for new tires and bearings packing this month. However, when one of the techs "messed up," I was left with a very unsafe machine. When I returned it and they checked it out, they apologized and promised to bring it back to 100%. They did just that and even loaned me a new Road King to use while they were doing it. I must have met every department head in the place. They all went out of their way to make everything right and safe on my bike. And it didn't cost me one red cent! Thank you, everyone involved."

"My wife and I left of Friday Sept. 19 2008, later in the afternoon and we are on our HD Ultra Classic with a trailer in tow and we were on I75 heading south going to Parris Island for our sons graduation from US Marines boot camp. As you can see now this is not just any road trip it is a VERY important trip for us. We got a flat tire at about 6:30 or so on the rear tire of the bike. We were able to get to the side of the road without any problems, immediately called HOG roadside assistance and they contacted your store for us and connected us to Bob. I talked to him and he said while I was still on the phone that there was someone on there way to pick us up. I don't remember his name but He was extremely friendly when He arrived and took excellent care of our bike and us. When we got back to the store Bob, Mike, and Josh had stayed late put us a new tire on and got us back on the road in a short time. Somehow they must have known (we didn't tell them) the importance of our trip. I want to say THANK YOU to all 4 of them because We will never forget them and there hospitality. They were there after hours on a Friday night and Bob talked to us like we were there mid day. No one acted like we were putting them out on a Friday night. I am sure that they all had other things planned or places to go. Thanks Bob, Mike (service tech entertainer), Josh, and the pickup driver, your are all #1 to us. "I would like to offer my sincere thank you to the entire Service deptartment, especially Bob and Jim Castor. The services rendered were the result of a non-scheduled stop during our Kentucky vacation, when my Ultra Classic was not running to my satisfation. Upon arriving at the dealership we were literally greeted outside by Bob, who then commeneced to assisting with our needs. He then turned over the service request to Mr. Castor who promptly drove the bike and offered his recommendations. He remarked that the bike was running to his satisfaction and since it had an aftermaket tuner installed I would need to handle that seperately, but should not be concerned with what I described as a possible calibration issue. He did however recommend replacing my rear tire as it was severerly worn. He also recommended replacing the rear brake pads, while the tire was removed. I agreed to the recommendations and also had the front tire replaced.
All in all, although spending more money then anticipated, the experience and treatment we received were exceptional. Man O'War HD deserves praise for both staff and services rendered.

"We just want to thank your service staff, especially Bob, for the outstanding performance given to us on July 7, 2008 at 4:00 pm. We had a flat back tire going down the expressway and were towed to your location (by our request), had talked with Bob on the phone and he and staff gave us topnotch service upon our arrival. And, also our fellow riders who also had a flat back tire after we did and they agreed. Your service staff went out of their way to get our bikes back on the road so we could get home, but also dropped us off to a restaurant while we waited for our bikes to be repaired and picked us up. Hats off to your service staff!!"

"I would like to "TOOT" the horn for the team down in the "trenches" (service dept.) I brought my bike in with a "GREMLIN" and I was getting ready to go to a rally. Don was able to work me in quickly and Dean was the "lucky" tech that got to work on this intermittent problem. After several hours, and hands full of hair, Dean "exorcized" the GREMLIN. These gentlemen and your dealership went above & beyond when it came to a rather unfortunate mechanical problem with my Road King. I am very thankful that these gentlemen are part of my local dealership & I will never take my motorcycle to anyone else. I want anyone who reads this to know that you should never take your Harley in for repairs to any other place except this dealership. I have tried others in the area...and belive me when I say that any other place will cost you more in the long run and you will eventually have to take it to the dealer to fix what other mechanics have broken.
